TODOforAI Credit Terms

These Credit Terms govern the purchase and use of credits on the TODOforAI platform. By purchasing credits, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Credit Purchase

Credits purchased are non-refundable and will be added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment processing. The minimum purchase amount is $5.00 and the maximum single purchase amount is $5,000.00.

2. Credit Usage

Credits can be used for TODOforAI services including but not limited to:

• TODO resolution
• Task automation via TODOs
• Premium features and capabilities
• Special Model Context Protocol server's price
• API access and integrations

The rate at which credits are consumed varies by service type and model used. Current rates are available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

3. Pricing

TODOforAI reserves the right to change the pricing of services and credit value at any time, but existing credits will maintain their value at the time of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant pricing changes.

4. Taxes

All applicable taxes will be calculated and added to your purchase as required by law. Tax rates are determined based on your billing location and applicable regulations.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. TODOforAI does not store your complete credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of serviceand privacy policy.

6. Disputes and Refunds

Any disputes regarding credit purchases must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. To file a dispute, please contact our support team with your transaction details. While Credits are generally non-refundable, TODOforAI may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances.

7. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining credits may be forfeited. In cases of account closure initiated by you, you may request to use remaining credits prior to account closure, but no refunds will be issued for unused credits.

8. Service Availability

TODOforAI does not guarantee continuous availability of services and is not liable for any interruptions that may prevent credit usage.

9. Changes to Terms

TODOforAI may update these Credit Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes. Major changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
